About Gal talent agency

Raz Gal was born into the game of basketball. His father, Amit Gal, was the GM of one of Israel's most historic clubs, Hapoel Galil Elyon, for 30 years. Raz grew up around players, coaches and managers, gaining a rich appreciation for the game and a nuanced understanding of how successful teams get assembled.

In 2014, Raz decided to put his knowledge and relationships to good use, leaving one of Israel's largest law firms to start his own boutique agency, Gal Talent Agency, with his father.  GTA is now the second largest basketball agency in the country, and Raz has earned a reputation amongst players, coaches and commissioners as a talented professional, and a trusted partner in the process.

Raz is known for finding his clients the homes they deserve, in situations where they will have the opportunity to shine. He knows what teams need and what players want, and he does not engage talent unless he's confident that all the necessary pieces are in place. Raz can always be counted on to deliver two things: the truth, and results. 

Amit Gal, whose name has become synonymous with the sport in Israel, has decades-long relationships with every every team in the country. He is known for his exceptional eye for talent, and has scouted for teams at showcases all over the world.
